Along with honey, lemon and tangerine, this mineral-driven wine interweaves jasmine, vanilla, buttered toast, green apple, yellow plum and pineapple into each sip. Los Osos Merlot, Paso Robles
Varietal aromas of plum, currant, and violet are elevated by a light barrel signature of baking spices and toasted pastry. The addition of Malbec contributes notes of pomegranate and hibiscus flower. Savory varietal notes of Cabernet Sauvignon are layered with the dark fruit character of Petite Sirah. The bouquet of cocoa powder, caramel, and anise works in harmony with the black cherry fruit signature of this wine. Hilltop Cabernet Sauvignon,Paso Robles
Exhilarating blackberry and blueberry aromas are enhanced by crushed violet, herbes de Provence, and spiced tea. On the palate, dense and soft, with finely textured tannins. Juicy layers of black and red currants lead to a bright finish, accented by pastry notes from extended barrel aging. Complex and refined dark fruit upon release with the structure to age gracefully for 10 to 15 years when properly cellared. 92 Points Wine & Spirit, Winter 2023

Boordy Blush
A blush wine with aromas of fresh watermelon and strawberries, with a crisp acidity and a light semi-sweet flavor.
Boordy Blush made its debut in the early 1980s and became an overnight favorite. The high-wire balance between crisp acidity and a semi-sweet flavor give it an irresistibly refreshing appeal. This free spirited wine has few rules – so enjoy it anytime and anywhere.
Riesling
Classic Riesling aroma of honeysuckle, citrus, and apricots are followed by mouth-watering acidity that perfectly balances the wine’s sweetness. Slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks using select yeast strains emphasizes Boordy Riesling’s exotic natural aromas. An appealing residual sweetness is retained by chilling the wine before completion, and early spring bottling captures the wine’s freshness and delicate allure.
Rockfish
Crisp, clean, and dry with hints of tropical fruit in the nose, and honeydew melon. The “Rockfish” is often compared to sauvignon blanc and pinot gris, but in truth it is an original expression. The “Rockfish” is proof that in the art of blending, the whole is greater than its parts. It is a blend of our Alvarino and Pinot Grigio.
